Q2. What happens if I want to move within the contract period?
There are a couple of option we provide. First, we simply move the alarm system to your new property without effecting the length of the contract remaining. Or alternatively the new owner takes on your existing equipment and contract and we provide you with new alarm equipment in your new home starting a new contract.

Q3. What happens if there is a problem with my alarm system?
BHS will service your alarm system regularly as part of our monitoring contract, to ensure your alarm system is in perfect working order. In the unlikely event of a problem with your alarm, our dedicated engineers will be on standby 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide assistance.

Q4. Will my annual charge increase during the contract?
We may be forced to increase our annual charges if circumstances beyond our control demand this. However, we do guarantee that any increases will not be above the level of inflation.
